SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
Shipping:
All orders are shipped with a track and trace system, so you can monitor your order right up until it’s delivered. After placing your order, you'll automatically receive an email from DHL or PostNL once your shipment is being processed. Please be aware that delays may occur with DHL or PostNL.
Each shipment is insured. If your package is lost by DHL or PostNL, we will send the product again. However, you can only claim the insurance if DHL or PostNL confirms the package is officially lost. If the package status shows it was delivered, you cannot make an insurance claim.
Delivery Time:
For in-stock items ordered on weekdays before 3:00 PM, you can expect next-day delivery. For out-of-stock items, the average delivery time is 10 business days. This timeframe applies to deliveries within the Netherlands.

- Netherlands: €5.95
- Europe: starting from €12
- Worldwide: starting from €24
Return and Exchange Policy:
Due to the personal nature of our products and health regulations, we are unable to offer exchanges or returns once the package has been opened. If the seal is broken, the product cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. However, we understand that mistakes happen, and in specific situations, we do accept returns and exchanges:
1. Wrong Item or Incorrect Order:
If we sent the wrong item or your order was incorrect, please reach out to our customer service within 5 days of receiving your package. We will arrange a return or exchange of the incorrect item(s) and cover the shipping costs for the return.
2. Damaged or Defective Products:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us right away with supporting evidence, within 5 days of receiving your order. Once we’ve reviewed and confirmed the issue, we will organize a return or exchange, and MAEHAIR.NL will cover the return shipping costs.
Important Notes:
- All returns and exchanges must be authorized by MAEHAIR.NL before proceeding.
- Returned items must be in their original condition—unused, unworn, unwashed, unbrushed, and in their original packaging.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if items show signs of use, tampering, or customer-caused damage.
Refund Process:
Once a valid return has been approved, MAEHAIR.NL will process your refund within 7 days of receiving the item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and will cover the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping fees and handling charges are not refundable.
Order Cancellation Policy:
We understand plans change, and you may need to cancel an order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. However, once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. If the hair has already been purchased and is within the 4 -10 day processing time, the order cannot be canceled and will be shipped to you as planned.
